CACHET AT GRAYHAWK
RESERVATION APPLICATION
for
CLUBROOM
1.
The
clubroom may be reserved for a private function only by a resident of Cachet @
Grayhawk.
2.
The
clubroom is for personal and private use and not for business or commercial
activity for profit. Full use of
the kitchen facilities is included, but you must bring your own equipment. All activities must be contained in the CLUBROOM.
The swimming pool, outer patio and pool areas cannot be reserved;
however, the outer patio may used as a smoking area. The clubroom must be
vacated by midnight.
3.
The
resident responsible for the party must be present at all times and is
completely responsible for guest behavior. The Cachet Rules and Regulations are
made a part of this Agreement. Violation
of this Agreement may cause forfeiture of the security deposit and/or a fine.
4.
NO
MUSIC IS PERMITTED that would disturb neighboring residents. No outside loud
speakers are permitted.
5.
A
deposit $250.00 is required thirty (30) days in advance of the reservation date.
Make your check payable to “Cachet @ Grayhawk Condo Association” and mail to
Rossmar and Graham, 9362 E. Raintree Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
If the room is left neat and clean and no community rules have been
violated, the check will be returned two business days following the day the
room was used. THE CLUBROOM MUST BE
LEFT NEAT, CLEAN AND VACUUMED. TRASH
REMOVAL IS REQUIRED.
6.
No
alcohol may be consumed on the premises of the clubroom by anyone under the age
of 21. You are legally responsible
for anyone violating this rule.
