Cachet at Grayhawk Exterior Painting Information July 17, 2008 The information contained in the package is intended to help residents should they need to purchase paint for their units between scheduled paintings. This information applies to exterior paint. Both Dunn-Edwards (DE) and Southwest Automotive (SW) offer discounts of about 24% when you buy paint from them if you let them know you are a Cachet at Grayhawk resident. the 8 Paint Guide Photos to identify the
area of your building you want to paint. 2. Open the Paint Schemes Chart (pdf file). · Lookup your Building Color Package in the table near the top of the page. · Use the area number from the Paint Guide Photos plus the Building Color Package in the Paint Schemes Chart to identify the specific Paint Color to be used. 3. Go shopping for your paint. Below is information regarding current contractors and suppliers. You are not obligated to use them, but they are familiar with Cachet.
